In 2011, we had a vision of the future of business and the challenging times that lay ahead for aspiring business professionals and the Institutions that trained them. We realized that the global business environment has become so much more complex, and that technology, economics and market dynamics are deeply entwined.
Frankly, we realized that MBA programs are inadequate for the jobs that await aspiring management professionals. The MBA’s value as a training program for managerial talent was waning, companies were finding it hard to find recruits who could hit the ground running and be productive from the first day on the job. Day Zero productivity was the demand, and B-schools across the world had failed in supplying that capability.

Launching thousands of careers
Career velocities are rising in urban India. Young men and women are starting professional careers at increasingly younger ages. Although the age of the 21 year old CEO died with the dot.com crash, young professionals are pursuing high-growth and high-paying career tracks in the booming industries of India today.
In the career of every business professional comes a day when the opportunity to rise up the corporate ladder is presented before them, a day when the fortunes of the team
and the company depend on his / her business judgment and professional wisdom. Hello all, this year ITM Group of Institutions will be celebrating International Men's Day on November 19, 2018 (Monday).
Most people don't even know that there is, in fact, an internationally recognized day for Men... And most people laugh at the idea of celebrating it. "isn't every day Men's Day?" is the common refrain.
We think that Men should be acknowledged, recognized and celebrated... Not just for their achievements and conquests, but for the roles they play in our society.
Our theme this year is:
"Hero ka Hero"
- celebrating positive male role models
Especially in light of the wave of #metoo allegations, and the spotlight that's been aimed at male behaviour, we must take the time to acknowledge that there are Men who have been raised well, who treat everyone as equals and make us proud through how they live their lives.
So let's "remember the names of our fathers" and cherish the relationships we have with the men in our lives and our communities and celebrate International Men's Day!
November is full of back to back celebrations, as we enjoyed Diwali and Children's Day, there's something else that is cooking for the upcoming week!
Can you guess the occasion of this mega celebration?
