on 21st September 2019, “ONLINE CONSUMER PSYCHOLOGY”

worked and brought out the trends in Digital marketing. In the process, she elucidated the types of Digital Usage, Online
CustomerJourney, Online Buying Cycle, Purchase Triggers, Key steps to Online Marketing, Buyer Persona, Nature and type of
Content and Online Influencers. To vividly share her knowledge and make the students understand the concepts easier, she
displayed various examples and statistics in her power point presentation. The significant facts that the speaker threw light
on: Out of 1.4 Billion of India’s Population, 294 MM are total Digital Population as per the Amazon Statistics, total Internet
users exceeded 500+ Million as of April 2019,it is likely to reach 627 Million by end of 2019 which is bifurcated amongst
the Urban Users i.e.59% and Rural Users i.e. 41%.

She explained about the online behavior of the consumers and also stated the three major online buying cycle i.e.
Awareness-Consideration Consumption. She also explained how to identify your buyer by profiling with the help
of demography and geography of a consumer lifestyle. “Capture your Audience” she stated thereby providing value
to your customers by identifying their problems and giving them solution. “If you’re not Digital you’re not on Business”
was her strong message.
