On successful completion, candidates receive assured job placement as a Branch Relationship Manager (BRM) at Kotak Mahindra Bank, with a ₹5 LPA fixed CTC + performance-based incentives.

- - 4 Months: Residential Training at ITM Skills University

- Step 4 : If Selected, get enrolled in the program by paying Seat Reservation Fee (SRF)
- Step 5 : Complete your 1-year diploma program with ITM & Kotak Bank Branch (Branches)
- Step 6 : On Completion get employed at Kotak Mahindra Bank
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develops new and expands existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers
- Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels
- Cross-sells bank products to existing set of branch customers which are mapped
- Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
- Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products
- Maintains complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts
- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
