The ITM Trust Board consists of:
Prof. P.V. Ramana- Founder & Life Chairperson
B.E.(Hons) Elec. Prof. Engg (Mech) ( USA
), MBA ( USA )
Prof. P.V. Ramana served
in senior executive positions as MD in TTK
Group and as a Chief Executive in GRASIM
Group. He secured the Academic Collaboration
of New Hampshire College to offer the Masters
and MS programs in India in 1991 leading
to the establishment of the first ITM program
in Mumbai in June 1991. The ITM Trust (a
public charitable trust) was founded in
September 1993. He is also a highly reputed
Management Consultant. He has served as
President of Bombay Management Association
(1998-99).
Mrs. P. Lalitha Ramana - Managing Trustee
& Life Vice Chairperson
B.A. (Econ.), MBA ( USA )
Mrs. Lalitha Ramana had
a long and successful career as a Students
Counselor advising thousands of aspiring
Indian Students about higher studies in
USA , UK , Australia , etc. with her in-depth
knowledge of many Colleges & Universities
in these countries. She has served as the
Authorized Representative of New Hampshire
College in India since 1985 and continues
to do so even now.

M.A., MSW
Wg. Cdr Babu joined the
Air Force after completing his MA, MSW and
XLRI degrees in the Training wing and was
posted as Director, Air Training Command
at the time of his taking Voluntary Discharge.
He joined ITM, Bangalore as Director in
1992, and has served with distinction as
Dean of three Southern campuses in Bangalore
, Chennai and Warangal , since 2002. From
June 2004 he has been appointed Trustee
of the ITM Trust.

PROCEDURE
The institute follows centralized admission
process conducted by Admissions Office, ITM-
Navi Mumbai.
Mention the admission test being followed,
name and address of the Test Agency and its
URL (website).
CAT administered by
IIMs , MAT by AIMA and XAT.
Number of seats allotted to different Test
Qualified candidates CAT, MAT, XAT, JMET,
ATMA, CET, JEE (State
conducted tests / University tests)
CAT Score was
one of the factors in case of 90% of the students
admitted. In case of the remaining, either
XAT or MAT was considered as they had not
given CAT. While
all admitted students would have given one
of the required entrance test, we do not maintain
statistical record of actual distribution

CRITERIA
AND WEIGHTAGES FOR ADMISSION:

The selection of a candidate is based on the
following parameters. There is no discrete
weightage given to each parameter. |

Extra
weightage is also given to a post graduate
degree, work experience and outstanding
extra- curricular achievements.
* Mention the minimum level of acceptance,
if any, for any criteria.
Though the admission is
merit based, there is no specific minimum
level of acceptance. In general
a first class in all qualifying exams and
a CAT score above 70% generally results
in a seat being offered.
* Mention the cut-off levels of percentage
& percentile (section-wise and/or total
as case may be) of the
candidates in the admission test who are
called for GD/ interview

This team comprises of Directors of each of
the centers assisted by the faculty of each
center.
