I feel fortunate to have got an opportunity to with a top FMCG brand which is American based MNC. It has always been my strong desire to be a part of strong FMCG brand and with the IIP programme through ITM, I was able to work with Mondelez India along with their core sales team and eventually went on to handle one entire distributer and managed 8 salesmen during my 2 months stint. I was given a chance to get myself fully involved during the launch of their highly successful product “Cadbury Silk Bubbly”. The main aim from the company perspective was to remove clutters and loopholes present within a given territory and I feel privileged as I was able to handle it efficiently. Finally I can say I worked not as an “Intern” but as an “employee”.
