Global Leadership Centre

ITM Global Leadership Centre was established in 2002, as a centre of excellence in business research and development, specialized education, leadership and development of human potential, etc. In a short span of time, the Centre has received tremendous recognition and support from the industries and professionals it serves.

The Centre has established global partnerships with business schools in the USA, Europe, China and Singapore with the aim of developing globally benchmarkable programs with a strong industry context. At present, ITM Global Leadership Center offers a trio of programs in International Business, Human Resources Management & Retail Management & Marketing. These three programs share a common philosophy, namely FOCUS: Each program is an in-depth study of its specialization, offering almost double the number of courses for any standard MBA specializations.

INTENSITY
Students are exposed to over 35 courses, including essential studies in management, technology and communications. A large number of industry guest lectures, visits, simulation workshops, outdoor and indoor experiential exercises and workshops add an element of ‘reality’ to the experience. In addition, a host of non-classroom activities in form of industry conferences, student events and alumni interactions round out the daily lives of our students. ITM is a knowledge partner/sponsor for annual events by industry/professional associations such as Retailers Association of India( RAI), National Centre for Quality Management(NCQM) and Dr P N Singh Foundation.
