Post Graduate Program in Housing Finance (PGPHF) is an Initiative of Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. (AHFL) in partnership with ITM Edutech Training Private Limited. The Training program aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in housing finance. It is one year training program designed to develop a pool of managers with housing finance knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day-to-day activities.

The CMAT exam has historically allowed candidates plenty of time to read and complete all of the questions, although several have expressed dissatisfaction that they were unable to resolve a sizable number of them.
