It is my great pleasure to announce that on 25th July, 2019, Mr. Ajit Balgi, Founder & Beverage Consultant of “ The Happy High” has conducted whisky session with TYBAIHTM Students where Students gained Knowledge about Paul Joan India Single Malt Whisky.

Mr. Balgi is Cognac educator – BNIC (First and only educator from India) 2019.

Maison Trainer – A 55 hr bartending program by Pernod Ricard running globally 2015.

 WSET Wine and Spirit educator since 2010.

 WSET Advance certified in wines and spirit 2009.

Mr. Balgi runs “The Happy High” one of the leading wine and spirit education and experiences co. He is a seasoned Mixologist and Sommelier and has worked in Mumbai and London for over decade in wine and spirits.

Mr. Balgi has trained over 5000 professionals and consumers in the last 10 years.

He was the only Indian judge at the Michelangelo wine and spirit competition in South Africa 2018. He has written for publications like Times of India, Sommelier India, Asian Age, Deccan Chronicle, Living Foodz, Food Lovers, Business World Hotelier etc.

  5. Three Different Brands explained with test notes.

The session was very productive and exciting with wide range of knowledge that was shared to the students in detail.
