Expanding the market for Forever tiles and identification of market for Germ-free tiles.
It was a great experience that I had in Orient Bell. The company helped me to understand the tiles industry, the major players and their role in the Kerala market. For fulfilling the objective of my SIP I was assigned to conduct a research for an existing product and scope for a new product in the market. For this I prepared two set of questionnaire and visited more than 50 dealers from the various districts of South Kerala. It gave me a lot of experience regarding the power of customer satisfaction in sales.
