Prof. Rachna Nigam possess a MBA degree in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai and has around two decades of rich professional experience in teaching and consulting. She has virtue of Interest and passion for teaching and Knowledge sharing. She holds profound knowledge and expertise in Strategic HRM, Employee Performance, Humanistic Orientation at Workplace, Compensation and Rewards Management, Leadership, Organization Change and Development to name a few. She had also managed her own entrepreneurial venture for more than 8 years in the field of HR consulting.
She is actively involved in design and delivery of several Training and Management Development Programs& Consulting assignment for corporate business houses.
She is currently working as Assistant Professor- HR at Institute for Technology and Management (ITM) Kharghar. She is also pursuing her PhD and has published numerous research papers in reputed National and International Journals in the area of people management. She also has 3 edited books to her credit covering different aspects of management.
She is a true academician and a teacher at heart and constantly works towards skill building of MBA students. She has introduced various innovative teaching pedagogy and practices at the institute level to enhance employability of HR students.
