ITM as an B-School option was not the first thing that came to mind when I did plan to do a MBA but the program curriculum offered, the I – connect programme which included a 5 month internship, positive feedback from students and alumni network made a strong case to back my decision to join ITM. We were welcomed with a jam packed schedule offering a balance between theoretical and practical aspects of business and human resources. HR Labs, Excel Training, Insight sessions, NGO internship, HR clubs and several oppurtunities to attend high profile business conferences offered us a new dimension to our MBA learning which focused on holistic development and thereby preparing us not only for exams or placements but also to be successful professionals and human beings. The support extended by the faculties is not to be forgotten. Each of us experienced personalised attention and they mentored us to meet our goals. Most of the faculties are very approachable and go the extra step to ensure we are all made comfortable in our short and long term concerns. The college offers a huge array of opportunities for extremely competitive inter and intra extra-curricular events and thereby add our own management “tadka” in everything that we do. Placement experiences (I’m sure you waited for this one) were very pleasant for our batch as we welcomed many top brands to our CVs during our internships and final placements. We often think it’s the college which makes us… but the fact remains it’s we who make the college… Make the most of it !a
