Awadhi cuisine is an indigenous part of the city of Nawabs, Lucknow. The dishes and cooking style of this city is inspired and influenced by the Mughals. The cuisine includes both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian dishes prepared with exotic spices, herbs and dry fruits.

The students of SYBSc A batch had organised a wonderful theme lunch, in their restaurant named, “Ghazal-e-Rasoi”. The students had prepared a delicious menu of Lucknow Nawabi Cuisine which was a perfect blend with the decor in the restaurant. The students also performed a theme dance & sang a Ghazal to add to the ambience.
