The PGDM courses offered by the institute are called iConnect PGDM course as they are a combination of academics, personal development, professional management and lifestyle management courses. The teaching of the skills program goes on side by side with the studies and this prepares the candidates to face the real-world and corporate challenges.

Personal and professional development is done through the Insight Track and the Career Management Track.

The course consists of a five-month industry internship where the candidates work directly in the industry. They get hands-on experience in working with the top companies. The candidates handle business operations and research projects aided by the faculty. 

The candidates have to work for a social cause and have to do a one-month NGO project. The candidates get to experience the business practice of the NGOs, charities and foundations which work to uplift the people. Corporate social responsibility has become the core value of many companies.

How to apply for the course?

To be eligible for the PGDM course you need a bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) from an AIU recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in the final examination. The candidate has to pass one of the following common entrance tests CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, NMAT by GMAC and state CET tests as per the AICTE guidelines.

For admission, the short-listed candidates have to go for an interview process. This consists of several selection rounds. The candidates are given admission based on their entrance test scores, academic performance, performance in group discussion and interview.
