The session started with small introduction on the company and further the current project MTHL was explained. The speaker spoke about the essence of change management and why change is required in an organization. He briefed us about the structure and design of the project and how change is aligned with strategic goals.
Further he explained about the 6 steps of accelerating change and transition and how sharing needs are created in the project. He explained about MTHL vision of effectively communicating, achieving and exceling. He spoke about the training workshop arranged for the employees on how action plan must be executed. He spoke about the townhall meetings, where all the employees discussed about the further planning of the project. The session was ended by an interactive Q and A round.
Overall, it was an insightful session.
