Book Launch Event was organized as a part of the Pre-Conference Seminar of International Conference of Business Transformation of Digital Economy. The event was organized at ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai on 5th December 2019. The event started with a welcome address by Dr. Lakshmi Mohan, Director ITM followed on by the inauguration of the book titled “The Next Real Want !!”.
The book was launched by Dr. Lakshmi Mohan, Director ITM B-School, Navi Mumbai, Mr. Rahul Pinjarkar, CHRO Tata Trent Hypermarket, Dr. Jasmine Jha – Co-Convenor ICBTDE, Dr. Arpita Pandey – Co-Convenor ICBTDE and Dr. Snigdharani Mishra – HOD-HR, ITM.
The author Mr. Ranjit Samal is a Supply Chain Enthusiast and a Leadership Speaker. He has also won the “Young Achiever’s Awardee – 2018”. This was the second book of the author.The speakers in today’s Book Launch were Mr. Bibhu Datta Rout, Mr. Ranjit Samal and Mr. Rahul Pinjarkar, CHRO Tata Trent Hypermarket.
Mr. Bibhu Datta Rout spoke about his journey as investment banker to starting the publishing house Story Mirror. He motivated the students to start authoring books and to follow their passion. Mr. Rahul Pinjarkar appreciated the author’s book and told the students to follow their dreams. The author shared the story of Mr. Tobin with the student audience. Students were inspired by the speech of the author in which he mentioned about the sacrifices made to be a success in the journey of becoming an author.
