We had a good experience on Monday, 26/08/2019 when we visited the IRCTC Kitchen with our SYBSC, SYBAICA, TYBAICA and TYBA students.
This was a very engaging session which was conducted by Mr. Apurva
This was a 1 hour fun filled, engaging and enriching session for the students. The session started with student interaction followed by a kitchen visit. Students got to know about the functioning about the railway catering and concluded by some question answer sessions.
The students got to know about the packaging of food which is served in passenger train, they also got a chance to see quantity food preparation and equipment used for quantity food production. Students were also informed about the importance of hygiene and FSSAI practice which are followed in IRCTC kitchen.
