We are happy and obliged to invite, Chef Feroz Khan (Food Carving Artist) to ITM IHM Nerul campus to share, deliver and demonstrate his knowledge & skills on fruit and vegetable carving to our SY BA ICA & SY B.Sc students. The session was conducted on 26th & 27th June 2019. Chef Feroz demonstrated his carving skills on vegetables and fruits like Lemon, Pumpkin, Beetroot, Cucumber, Carrot and Watermelon. Our students showed immense interest and zeel towards his teachings and practical approach. Students absorbed his passion towards food carving. Chef Feroz, not only teaches in various hospitality colleges but also owns his own academy for people who have passion in food carvery. The session will help students to further decide and explore their potential with food and make their mark on a global scale. We thank Chef Feroz for his efforts and dedication towards seeking excellence in food carving art.
