The Career Guidance and Placement Team (CGPT), which includes the Director, Placement Officers, and student members, manages the entire placement process on campus. The team works with the corporate to ensure that all stakeholders involved in this process benefit from meetings, discussions, negotiations, invitations, and the final selection of students.
1. The company notifies CGPT of a visit to the campus for recruitment purposes.
2. CGPT communicates the company's campus visit dates based on mutual convenience.
3. The company conducts a pre-placement presentation (PPT) to allow students to gain clarity on the company's profile, a position offered, remuneration package, and other pertinent information.
4. The company conducts a selection process for qualified candidates and reports the final results to the CGPT.
