Program Overview
This one-year program, split into 6 months of classroom training and 6 months of internship, equips candidates with the knowledge and skills needed for roles in housing finance.
Post-program, candidates will be absorbed by SHFL as Management Trainees with a competitive salary package.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by sourcing business and coordinating with internal teams to process loans and related products.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, developers, real estate agents, and referral sources.
- Assess customer profiles and collaborate with teams to meet customer expectations, adhering to SHFL policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan/product processing.
Eligibility

Qualification: Graduate from any stream with 45% in final year of graduation or aggregate 50% and above.
