ITM Edutech Training Pvt Ltd is one of the hiring and training partners of the ICICI Sales Academy for this program.
The training ensures that the applicants are well equipped in Selling Skills, Product Knowledge and other aspects of the job including Rules and Regulations pertaining to the job responsibility. The program is a 21-day training program, currently conducted online.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification::
- Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- No gaps in education.
- Post-graduates and freshers can apply.
- MBA/PGDM holders are not eligible.

Age & Experience:
- Age must be below 26 years.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Employment Restrictions:
- No blood relatives currently employed or under consideration for employment with ICICI Bank Ltd. or any ICICI group companies.
- Candidate must not have been interviewed by ICICI Bank Ltd. in the past 6 months.
- Candidate must not have previously worked with ICICI Bank Ltd., any ICICI group companies, or their third-party partners.
Selection process
- Create a unique Applicant ID on the ICICI Bank Careers Portal.
- Connect with ITM’s recruitment team for eligibility check and document verification.

Complete the following tests:
- Sales Profiler Test
- English Proficiency Test
- English Proficiency Test
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
- Selected candidates will receive a formal selection mail.

- 10th, 12th, and Graduation certificates
- PAN card
- Aadhar card
