This is a professional role focused on client engagement and sales growth.
Excellence in wealth management through comprehensive customer relationship management,
strategic sales growth, and unwavering service standards.
- Assess client businesses to provide tailored working capital and loan solutions
- Handle both fund-based and non-fund-based products (Cash Credit, Demand Loans, Buyer's Credit, LC, BG)
- Collaborate with Branch Banking teams to onboard new customers
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders (CFOs, promoters)
- Drive adoption of Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance
- Consistently grow portfolio size and profitability
- Analyze client business models, trade activities, and cash flows to identify opportunities
