The Post Graduate Program in Wealth Management is a collaborative effort between ITM Skills Academy and Edelweiss. Designed to cultivate future leaders in the financial sector, this program blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in wealth management, preparing participants for a successful career in the industry.
Program Overview
This intensive 1-year program focuses on developing expertise in wealth management, client relationship management, and portfolio analysis.
The curriculum combines 6 months of classroom training with 6 months of on-the-job training, ensuring participants gain practical insights into the financial services industry.
By the end of the program, candidates will be well-prepared to manage high-net-worth (HNI) clients, build assets under management (AUM), and advise on a variety of wealth products.
Program Highlights

Stipend: Rs. 5,000/- for the first 6 months of residential training and Rs. 15,000/- for the 6 months of on-the-job training.

CTC: After successful completion, candidates will be offered a fixed CTC of INR 4,50,000 + up to 300% performance-based incentives and a Rs. 25,000 assured bonus.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with HNI clients.
- Advise clients on investment strategies and help them manage their portfolios effectively.
- Build a comprehensive financial plan for clients, analyzing asset allocation and recommending investment products across multiple asset classes.
- Regularly update clients on their portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments based on market conditions.
- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market analysis.
- Identify potential clients and target markets through research, networking, and referrals.
- Work towards achieving financial goals while maintaining Edelweiss’s brand reputation.
Payment Process/ Loan Support/Fee Structure
- Program Fee: Rs. 3,25,000 (including seat reservation fee, lodging & boarding, and tuition fees).
- Fee Payback: 20% fee refund after 1st year, 80% fee refund after 2nd year (from the date of joining).
