    Residential Classroom Training

    Intensive residential training at the ITM Campus, Navi Mumbai. Build your conceptual foundation in banking, finance, and relationship management.

    Stipend: ₹15,000** (For 3 Months)

  • Stage 2

    3 Months
    Branch Internship

    Hands-on internship at any DNS Bank branch or offices across India. Apply your classroom learning in a real-world banking environment.

    Stipend: ₹60,000** (For 3 Months)

  • Stage 3

    6 Months
    On-the-Job Training

    An extended 6-month on-the-job training program at a DNS Bank branch or office, refining your professional skills through direct client and operations exposure.

    Stipend: ₹2,10,000** (For 6 Months)

    AI-Enabled
    Readiness Assessment

    A comprehensive AI-powered scoring process to evaluate your readiness, followed by assured placement as an Assistant Manager at DNS Bank.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
    Acquire CASA, TD, Retail & MSME customers, conduct market visits, cross-sell digital & insurance products, and achieve branch targets
  • Customer Relationship Management
    Build and manage relationships with customers, institutions, builders, dealers, and societies while ensuring service excellence.
  • Credit & Loan Processing Support
    Assist in documentation, preliminary scrutiny, coordination for appraisal, sanction, and timely disbursement.
  • Branch Operations
    Handle account opening/closure, transactions, cash & clearing operations, FD documentation, registers, and operational accuracy.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    Ensure RBI/KYC adherence, internal policy compliance, MIS preparation, lead and proposal tracking.
