Yes bank in collaboration with ITM - Edutech Training Pvt. Ltd, offers a Certification Program in Banking. The program has been designed to attract bright young graduate’s/post graduates who want to build a career in Banking Industry. The Program curriculum has been conceived, designed and developed by Yes bank to groom aspirants for taking over the front line sales function.
Program Description
Salient Features of the “Certification In YES FORCE – YES Frontline Opportunity for Rapid Career Enhancement”, in collaboration with ITM - Edutech Training Pvt. Ltd have developed a comprehensive Certification Program for training selected candidates to take up Business Relationship Partner / Client Relationship Partner Role.
This is a 1 Month residential program, conducted at ITM Skills Academy.
Program Objective: This is a skill based Program designed to bridge the skill & supply gap by identifying, training and developing Business Relationship Partner / Client Relationship Partner. The unique 1 month program has been designed to cover the broad objectives mentioned below:
Induction into YES Bank and acculturation with YES Bank ethos and DNA. | |
Skill development training program - blended curriculum with instructor led classroom training. | |
Developing selling and presentation skills. | |
Training on Banking Products. | |
Training on processes and compliance. | |
Training on internal guidelines, rules and regulations. | |
Building confidence to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in a business environment. | |
Training faculty - experienced professionals in the field of Financial Institutions and B2B sales. | |
Overall grooming - sessions by experts. |
On successful completion of the program, participants would be awarded “Certification In YES FORCE – YES Frontline Opportunity for Rapid Career Enhancement”.
To present a blended curriculum with instructor led classroom training (with role play activities, videos and drill sessions for practice) as well as e-learning and simulators. The Training faculty will comprise experienced professionals in the field of Wealth Management. There is an emphasis on overall grooming of the individual which would be facilitated through a learning environment that would be created through sessions delivered by experts from YES Bank.

Eligibility:
If you meet the below mentioned criteria, you will be eligible for Selection Process.
Education: Any Graduate. Post Graduate can also apply. | |
Your age must be minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years (As on academy batch start date) | |
Experience: 0 to 5 years | |
You MUST NOT have worked with YES Bank earlier. | |
Must NOT have any blood relatives (for example, parents, brothers, sisters, children, or spouse) Currently working with YES Bank. | |
You should be ready to undergo 1 month of residential training at ITM Skills Academy, you will be absorbed as Business Relationship Partner / Client Relationship Partner Role with YES Bank with an annual CTC from Rs. 2,25,000/- to Rs. 2,50,000/-. | |

Selection Process:
The Selection process consists of the following:
Preliminary Evaluation: Interested applicant will be evaluated and briefed by ITM Recruiters | |
Psychometric Test : Shortlisted candidates have to clear the Psychometric Test. | |
Personal Interview: The eligible applicant’s post initial screening will undergo the personal Interview process conducted by the HR from YES Bank. | |
Invitation letter: All the successful applicants after the selection process and will receive an invitation letter to join the training program at ITM Skills Academy. | |
Training Fee Payment: Training program fee is Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) inclusive of service tax which includes all the expenses like lodging, boarding, food & training. Applicant can pay this fee in two parts, Rs. 20,000/- and Rs. 25,000/- totaling to Rs. 45,000/- inclusive of taxes before commencement of classes. |

To introduce & acquire new CA customer through open market sourcing and reference generation from the specified catchment | |
To ensure sourcing of quality current accounts – in terms of product mix, segments and constitution mix. | |
To ensure initial customer handholding & M+1 activation (Right advise to customer for product and documentation, opening a/c within TAT, familiarize customers with branch service RM and processes, monitor welcome kit delivery and follow up for repeat funding and use of account for business transactions) | |
To ensure proactive registration & activation of acquired customers to direct banking channels | |
To assist the Business Relationship Leader in catchment mapping & scoping exercise and provide regular feedback to BRL / BBL on opportunities / customer needs / competition benchmarking | |
