Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: 21 - 28 years

  • Education: Full-time graduate of any degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

  • Other Requirements:
    • Proficiency in English and vernacular language
    • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to convert leads
    • Willingness to be on the field locally and interact with customers
    • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license
    • No legal issues or family members employed at Axis Bank

Selection process

  • Face-to-Face Interview Candidates appear for interviews based on available openings.
  • Online Virtual Training: 5 days of training conducted by ITM Skills Academy.
  • Online Assessment Candidates must pass with a minimum 60% score (max 2 attempts).
  • Final Selection Successful candidates are absorbed as Sales Officer with Axis Bank.

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition and Business Growth

Involve yourself in daily marketing activities and acquire new clients by remaining on the field, if needed.

Reach out to existing customers to encourage higher deposits and cross-sell additional financial products.

Promote and sell the products of Axis Bank and other third parties to new customers.

Satisfy assigned daily and monthly sales targets set by the organization.

Service Excellence

Complete all mandatory certifications (AMFI, EUIN, etc.) upon joining to comply with the role requirements.

Accomplish all training and learning programs conducted by Axis Bank.

Log all customer interactions daily in Axis Bank's CRM System.

Adhere to the compliance guidelines, including regulatory and legislative requirements for each activity.

Actively participate in and support all bank-driven initiatives as required.
