Selection process

Candidates who successfully clear the selection process will receive a conditional admission letter from ITM and Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd., subject to fulfilling the program’s terms and conditions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Designation: DST - Sr. Executive - Sales
- Manage relationships with channel partners and address their service requests, ensuring proper resolution of issues.
- Assist customers throughout the home loan process, from document collection to login, sanction, and disbursement.
- Increase the customer base by strengthening business relationships with existing customers.
- Plan and schedule work for the business period in coordination with reporting managers, including the submission of daily sales reports (DSRs) and customer/channel partner visit reports.
- Identify new business prospects through builders, referrals, connectors, brokers, real estate agents, call center leads, etc.
- Execute brand development activities, including campaigns, fairs, and exhibitions.
- Ensure high-quality post-disbursement customer service by providing support, information, and guidance as per company standards.
- Focus on quality sourcing and maintain a high level of integrity in all housing finance procedures.
- Assist the recovery team in non-starter and bucket 1 case recovery, actively participating in collections from defaulting customers.
- Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor in line with organizational requirements.

Payment Process/ Loan Support/Fee Structure
- The training program fee is Rs. 23,000/- plus GST, out of which Rs. 18,000/- plus GST will be paid by Aadhar Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd. (ASSPL) on behalf of the candidate, and Rs. 5,000/- plus GST will be paid by the candidate through EasyPay. The training fee covers all expenses, including lodging, boarding, and training.
- ASSPL will recover the training cost from the candidate in six monthly installments (Rs. 3,000 x 6) after joining ASSPL. The recovery amount will be deducted from the candidate’s monthly salary.
- Since Aadhar Housing Finance is providing financial assistance to the applicant, he/she will be required to sign a one-year service agreement with Aadhar Housing Finance.
- Upon successful completion of the training program, the participant will be awarded a "Certification in Housing Finance Sales" by ITM Skills Academy.
- During On-Job Training, the candidate will receive a fixed stipend of Rs. 5,000/-.
- After six months of service with ASSPL, the candidate will receive 50% of the training fee (50% of Rs. 18,000/-) as a retention bonus.
- After completing one year with ASSPL, the candidate will be eligible to receive the remaining 50% of the training fee (50% of Rs. 18,000/-) as a retention bonus.
