Dr. P. V. Ramana is the Founder and Chairman of ITM Group of Management Education Institutes, 1991. His aim is to lead the company to be among the top in India in next 10 years, with leadership in fields of Management, Information Technology, Engineering , Bio-Technology and Hotel Management.

Dr. Ramana was elected as Member of Executive Committee of BMA in 1994-95 and has served with distinction as Chairman of MDP Committee creating a new track in successful programs. He became Vice President of BMA in 1997-98 and President in 1998-99. He is a specialist in Strategic Management and Business Management. He is the Founder & Chancellor of ITM University since inception, in 2003.

After obtaining B.E. (Hons) (Electrical) in 1961, Dr. Ramana studied and worked in USA from 1970-77, earning a Prof. Engineer qualification in Mech. Engg. and MBA in Accounts/Finance from Washington State University. Returning to India, he served as Managing Director in TTK Group, Chennai (1978-84), and as Chief Executive, International Division of Grasim Industries till mid 1990.

Dr. Ramana has won many awards and distinctions in academic and professional life. Recently, he has been awarded Lifetime Achievement Award by the DNA & Stars of the Industry Group in recognition of leadership, development, innovation and industry interface. In short, A man of achievement, qualified, experienced, intellectual, entrepreneur, educationist, Social worker and possessing highest level of integrity.

Since 2003, Nitin V. Putcha has been the Executive Vice President Of ITM Group Of Institutions, and the Creative Director at RedEye Communications. He has 8 years of experience in business strategy, technology management, marketing and advertising strategy to execution. He started his career in 1997 at the Temple University as a Graduate Instructor and then a System Administrator, Site designer. Subsequently in 1998, he moved to Karrox Technologies Ltd. Bombay, India as a SAP Consultant (Sales & Distribution implementation) for a year and then he grasped experience with Blinds To Go (US) Inc. as Director of Special Projects. In Jan 2002-2003, Nitin became the Director of ITM Infotech India Ltd. His educational qualification includes MBA, International Business & MS, Marketing (Dual degree program) from Temple University, Fox School of Business, Philadelphia.

He holds strong technology fundamentals, indepth experience in eBusiness, eRetail, online marketing, cross-culture skills , eCommerce and more.
