Unlike the hundreds of mainstream MBA and PG programs in Retail Management, this program is laser-focused on developing professional managers for the retail industry. Every aspect of the program has been designed jointly by Hypercity Retail India Ltd. and ITM Global Leadership Centre with the objective of training a highly qualified and experienced cadre of managers for Hypercity’s expansion plans.

• Guaranteed placement: All students of the program will be placed into management positions in Hypercity, at starting salaries upto Rs. 4,20,000 p.a. In fact, admitted students will get a placement offer from Hypercity at the start of the program!
  
• Paid Internships: 8 months paid part-time training and 6 months paid full-time internship at Hypercity, during the program. Students can earn around Rs. 94,000 even before they graduate.
  
• Expert training: Cutting edge training in the latest retail concepts, technologies and operations, with direct interaction between top Hypercity managers and expert ITM faculties.
