One of the biggest strengths of any academic institutions is its Faculty. At ITM, we pride ourselves in having some of the most talented and dedicated faculties. The faculty members have distinguished academic achievements to their credit and are actively involved in teaching, training, research & consultancy. In addition to over a 20 permanent faculty, hundreds of leading professionals from the corporate world interact regularly with the students in the classroom as well as their workplaces.

Dr. K.S. Murthy, Director, ITM-IFM
Dr. K.S. Murthy, a gold medalist in Post-Graduation, holds professional qualification in banking, Insurance and Securities law. He has a blend of industry and academic experience of 31 years in the financial markets. 20 years of successful Banking career and 11 years of Top Management exposure in Securities Industry which includes 5 years teaching as a visiting/guest faculty in various leading B-schools in Mumbai and reputed Universities India prior to join ITM-IFM as its Director in the year 2006. In corporate world he has headed custody and post trading operations, Equity and Commodity Derivatives Clearing services and Depository related services. He introduced appropriate risk containment measures in various operations. He obtained PhD on the topic "A study of Capital Market reform and their Impact on Retail Investors Behavior in India"..

Dr. K.S. Murthy, Director, ITM-IFM

Dr. K.S. Murthy, a gold medalist in Post-Graduation, holds professional qualification in banking, Insurance and Securities law. Prof. SubbaraoPeteti, Professor, ITM-IFM
Prof. SubbaraoPeteti, an accomplished Chartered Accountant (CA), Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI), Former Executive Director of Punjab & Sind Bank, joined as Professor, being Banking Expert, w.e.f. 1st December 2010.

Dr. Latha S Chari, Associate Professor, ITM-IFM
Dr. Latha S Chari is a doctorate in commerce from BITS Pilani, post graduate in commerce and a fellow member of the Institute for Cost and Works accountants of India. She has nine years of experience in the industry followed by 8 years of experience in academics. Her areas of research interests include strategic cost management, valuations and shareholder value enhancement.

Prof. K.S. Iyer, Registrar, ITM-IFM
Mr. K.S. Iyer is a post graduate in commerce, management, computers & technology, Certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Life Member of Computer Society of India. He has over 35 years of experience in RBI, in Operational Department: Banking, Issue, Central Accounts Section, Audit & Inspection; IT & Computer Department. Reserve Bank Services Board (Computerized recruitment work); Management Services Department (System Study of Department of Govt. & Banking Accounts; monitored total computerization of banking industry as per Dr. Rangarajan Committee report); National Clearing House (local & inter-city clearing); Dept. of Information Technology (Computerization of Public Accounts Department - testing, decoding, programming and have 9 years teaching experience prior to joining ITM-IFM as Registrar. He is registrar and controller of examination for PGDM: FM and head of the Business Simulation Lab and life style management currently at ITM Institute of Financial Markets.

Prof. Kishor Kalyan Mushrif, Associate Professor, ITM-IFM
Mr. Mushrif has done BA [Hons] in Economics and Statistical Methods from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai and MMS from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai with First Class Honours. He possesses 19 years of banking operations in managerial capacity, and about 15 years experience of Corporate Training, development of E Learning and conducting training programmes for leading Foreign Banks and Private Sector banks in India prior to joining ITM-IFM as Associate Professor in September 2010. He specializes in Banking Operations, Risk Management, International Trade and Finance, Strategic Management of Financial Institutions etc.

Prof. Kishor Kalyan Mushrif, Associate Professor, ITM-IFM

Mr. Mushrif has done BA [Hons] in Economics and Statistical Methods from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai and MMS from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai with First Class Honours. He possesses 19 years of banking operations in managerial capacity, and about 15 years experience of Corporate Training, development of E Learning and conducting training programmes for leading Foreign Banks and Private Sector banks in India prior to joining ITM-IFM as Associate Professor in September 2010. Mr.Prasenjit K. Yesambare holds a first class degree with a B.A (in Business Economics) and a first class degree in MMS (Financial Management) from NMIMS. With almost 9 years of corporate experience spread across vivid areas of Project Finance, Product advisory, Macroeconomic & Equity Research and had fruitful stints with some of the finest Corporate brands in the Industry that range from IFCI Ltd to Confederation of Industry (CII) and from Inter-connected Stock Exchange of India (ISE) to ICICI Securities Ltd prior to joining ITM-IFM as Assistant Professor in the year 2009. However, his main area of interest has always been Macroeconomic and policy research.

Mr.Prasenjit K. Yesambare holds a first class degree with a B.A (in Business Economics) and a first class degree in MMS (Financial Management) from NMIMS. It includes 9 years experience of working with NBFC, Auditing of small Scale Industry to Management of Co-operative society prior to joining ITM-IFM as Assistant Professor in the year 2008. His main areas of interest include Fixed Income, Commodity Markets segments.

He has an Industry and Academic experience for the last 12 years in diversified area like NBFC, Auditing of Small Scale Industry, Co-operative society, research and teaching.
