Culinary Internships
As a Culinary Arts student, you're required to refine your skills during a six-month internship. A hands-on internship gives you incredibly valuable experience and an opportunity to network with established industry professionals.

ITM Culinary students pursue internship opportunities at leading 5 Star Hotels; fine dine restaurants, bakeries, catering companies, country clubs, and pastry shops in India.

Requirements for Internship
Before starting an internship, student must be in good academic and financial standing, pass the first year of the course, qualify the Advanced Skills class and meet with their Career Services Counsellor. Internships must be completed at ITM School of Culinary Arts - approved internship site.

Evaluation
Internship performance will be evaluated by student's supervisor and based on rating a variety of set factors in both the individual and professional areas.
