INDUSTRIAL INTERNSHIP
At ITM-IHM, real time experiences form an integral part of our programs. Hence Summer/Winter internship, as well as concurrent training by way of Hotel Waiting’s and Out Door Catering form an important part of the Hotel Management curriculum and is mandatory. During the Six Months Industrial Training students are rotated in all the four core operational departments such as Food and Beverage Service, Food Production, Front Office and Housekeeping. This gives them a deep insight into the working of a hotel and eventually also helps them decide on their department of interest in which they specialize.
