The Basic Training Kitchen

A fully equipped Basic training Kitchen, for the first year students who are just introduced to the nuances of cooking, here they imbibe the basic of world cuisines and Indian cuisine.


The Quantity Food Kitchen
This kitchen is used by the IInd year students for bulk food production, students cater for minimum of 200 pax everyday and the kitchen is designed and equipped to cater to up to 2000 pax. All modern, heavy duty equipments have been provided to facilitate this aspect.


The Advanced Training Kitchen

The IIIrd year students hone their culinary skill's on International cuisine in the professionally equipped advance training kitchen. On a daily basis, students are exposed to exotic ingredients used in various cuisines of the world!

Bakery and Confectionery

A well appointed area with modern equipments for large scale production of breads, cakes, cookies and pastries. Heavy duty ovens and frozen table tops are some of the unique features of this work area.


Housekeeping


The campus has 4 luxurious guest rooms and a well equipped pantry which enables the students to get and idea of a proper Hotel Housekeeping Section. Professional cleaning equipment and linen service make up the Laundry section.


Front Office


A well planned mock lobby section allows formal training of the reservations and registration departments. Students under go mock situations that would take place in an actual lobby environment of a hotel.


Training Restaurant


The campus has its own 40 seater fully air conditioned training restaurant that is well stocked with various types of crockery and cutlery. Students are taught service of various foodstuffs which they get to practice everyday during lunch hours by serving faculty members.

Information & Technology Laboratory

The campus has wireless-activity throughout enabling students with their laptops to stay connected all throughout, apart from having a dedicated Technology Laboratory. It has 30 P4 computers, with a full suite of software, all with internet facilities and access to printers.

Library


A well stocked and regularly updated library with informative books on all aspects of hospitality and tourism education are available for reference. The library facilities boast of more than 1500 titles with subscriptions to on line journals and access to more than 300 CD's.
